1.3 Payment Information

For premium subscriptions and purchases:

  • Web/Android (Stripe): Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment card information, billing address, and payment method type. We only receive confirmation of successful payments and transaction IDs from Stripe.
  • iOS (Apple In-App Purchase): For iOS users, payments are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We receive purchase receipts, transaction IDs, and subscription status from Apple. We do not have access to your payment card information, which is managed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID account.
  • Subscription status and expiration dates
  • Purchase history and transaction records
  • Premium rounds balance (for one-time purchases)

Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies of our payment processors (Stripe and Apple). We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they handle your payment data.

1.4 Technical Information

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information (type, operating system, platform)
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Session IDs and cookies
  • App version (for mobile apps)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

  • Providing and improving the game service
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions (via Stripe for web/Android, Apple for iOS)
  • Maintaining leaderboards and game statistics
  • Communicating with you about your account and the service
  • Ensuring security and preventing fraud
  • Fulfilling premium features (AI-generated questions, AI imposter, personal category, etc.)
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the service:

  • Payment Processors:
    • Stripe: Processes payments for web browsers and Android devices. Stripe receives your payment information directly and processes it in accordance with their privacy policy.
    • Apple: Processes in-app purchases for iOS devices through the App Store. Apple manages all payment information through your Apple ID account.
  • Hosting Services: Cloud providers for website and database hosting
  • AI Services: OpenAI for generating game questions, AI imposter answers, and commentary

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
